By downloading or using Daylio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Daylio is a local-first application. Your data remains on your device. We do not provide cloud backups or data restoration services by default.

You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your data. RCPC is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of the device or the application.

Daylio is provided 'as is' without any warranties. RCPC shall not be held liable for any damages, legal issues, or consequences arising from the use of the app.

Premium features are available through subscriptions. All payments are managed natively by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your store account settings.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
