DropDock operates as a local-first application. All files, documents, and data managed through the app are processed and stored solely on your device. We never upload, view, or retain any of your private files on external servers.

To continuously refine and elevate your DropDock experience, we utilize anonymous analytics and crash reporting tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics). This data strictly contains non-identifiable usage metrics and error logs designed solely to improve performance, squash bugs, and deliver a seamless application. We do not track your personal activities or file contents.

DropDock is a premium application available for a one-time purchase upfront. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no hidden fees. Payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple Mac App Store, meaning we never see or store your payment details.

Beyond the essential anonymous performance monitoring tools mentioned above, DropDock does not integrate with external third-party data brokers. Your information is never sold or shared.

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, deleting the application will permanently remove all your data. We recommend making regular backups of your device if you wish to preserve your content.
