1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using FlowRoutine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Local-First Application
FlowRoutine is a local-first application. Your data remains on your device. We do not provide cloud backups or data restoration services by default.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your data. RCPC is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of the device or the application.
4. No Liability
FlowRoutine is provided 'as is' without any warranties. RCPC shall not be held liable for any damages, legal issues, or consequences arising from the use of the app.
5. Subscriptions
Premium features are available through subscriptions. All payments are managed natively by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your store account settings.
Auto-renewable Subscriptions:
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (iOS) or to your Google Play account (Android).
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All payments are managed natively by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
