Zen Vault is designed with privacy at its core. We believe that your thoughts and personal data should remain private and under your exclusive control.

Zen Vault is a fully offline application. All your personal data, notes, and files are stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to your personal information, and we do not store any of your private content on our servers. We collect anonymous technical identifiers via Google Firebase (such as GMS/AdID and Crashlytics installation UUIDs) solely for app performance monitoring and analytics.

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the app. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information. We also use Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app performance and fix bugs in real-time.

Subscription management and payment processing are handled natively through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account. We do not store or have access to your payment information on our servers.

Besides Firebase (for anonymous Analytics/Crashlytics), no other third-party services are used. Subscriptions are managed natively by Google Play and the Apple App Store. We do not sell or share any data with third parties.

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, deleting the application will permanently remove all your data. We recommend making regular backups of your device if you wish to preserve your content.

Zen Vault is a non-medical wellness application. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All health-related data (such as mood tracking) is stored locally and is not shared with any medical providers or insurance companies.
